Exterior Dry Construction Method "Remule®"

A simple construction dry method for exterior walls composed of thin, lightweight tiles and aluminum rails.

Remule® is a simple dry construction method that involves attaching aluminum rails to the exterior walls of a building and fitting tiles into them. 【Features】 ● Easy Maintenance Remule® uses fired tiles and highly corrosion-resistant aluminum. Since it has almost no water absorption, you can maintain its cleanliness for a long time by simply removing dirt that adheres to the surface (depending on specific installation locations and conditions). ● Lightweight Material We have developed tiles that are made of very lightweight aluminum and are about half the thickness of standard floor tiles (10mm thick), measuring "5.5mm thick." Despite this, they meet JIS strength standards. The overall weight is light, reducing the weight burden on the building. ● Easy Installation The aluminum rails are screwed to the studs. The tiles are simply inserted into the rails with adhesive applied in parts. This leads to shortened construction periods and a relative reduction in waste, which also contributes to cost reduction. ● Safe Design Developed using the know-how we have cultivated with aluminum handrails, it can flexibly follow significant deformations of buildings due to earthquakes and has been confirmed through our own tests to withstand wind pressure from super typhoons, allowing you to use it with confidence.

Combined dry construction method "Dot Hall Method"

Ideal for wall construction with dynamic irregular shapes and amorphous irregular stone materials!

The "Dot Hall Method" is a highly safe dry construction technique suitable for wall installations using dynamic irregular shapes and irregularly shaped stones. The adhesive passes through a mesh-like base, solidifying in a sandwich-like manner, making it effective in preventing the fall of stone materials. By separating the movement of the base with the attached stone and the structure, it disperses vibrational energy, achieving a strong structure against tremors such as earthquakes. 【Features】 ■ Reduces building deterioration and achieves high durability ■ Strong against vibrations from earthquakes and train operations ■ Excellent workability, reducing construction time and costs ■ Applicable to various structural materials, making it suitable for renovations *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Combined Dry Construction Method "Beam Hall Method"

Introduction to dry construction methods that enable wall installation of floor tiles without back support, such as large tiles.

The "Beam Hall Method" is a highly safe dry construction technique that enables the installation of large stone materials such as 300mm, 400mm, and 600mm square stones, as well as wall surfaces made of floor tiles and large tiles without a backing. It eliminates the need for a mortar base and does not require traditional techniques or craftsmanship for installing heavy stone materials, significantly improving work efficiency. By creating a gap between the base that connects the stones and the structure, this method prevents rainwater accumulation and protects buildings from moisture-related deterioration, while also being effective against efflorescence and freeze damage. 【Features】 ■ Reduces building deterioration and achieves high durability ■ Strong against vibrations from earthquakes and train operations ■ Excellent workability, reducing construction time and costs ■ Applicable to various structural materials, making it suitable for renovations *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Earthquake-resistant, lightweight, and safe dry construction method for interior walls: "Unimarble Panel"

Wall clip method 32! Using Japanese-made adhesive, minimizing panel warping.

The "uni Marble Panel" we handle is a composite panel that combines natural stone (6mm thick) with aluminum honeycomb (15mm thick). With displacement-following fasteners and load-lifting fasteners designed to respond to earthquake shaking, the panels can slide during an earthquake without breaking or falling, even with a 2mm joint, ensuring a safe construction method. Additionally, due to its lightweight nature, it can be installed by a small number of people, achieving labor savings and a reduction in construction time. 【Features】 ■ Lighter ■ Unbreakable ■ Won't fall ■ Labor-saving ■ Shortened construction period *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
